Since launching his career in 1999, John has managed a wide range of properties—estates, second homes, investment properties, and historic residences—always with a practical, solutions-driven approach. Known for being exceptionally detail-oriented, he is fully hands-on with maintenance, project coordination, vendor oversight, small engine and equipment care, and the day-to-day needs of refined households.
